sermons are easy to preach

None of departments managed by Government works for the benefit of the public but they do their best to harass the people and snatch money from their hard money in form of bribe during daylight. They preach so many sermons, paint so many morals on the wall and hang attractive photos and banners in the offices, keep photos of God but in practice they only commit sins. Ministers sitting at the top are more guilty because it is from them that dirty water emanates. As long as source of maladies is not eliminated our system of administration cannot improve.
Earning of revenue for government is more important or protecting social values and health of its people?If earning is more important then why not prices of petrol is not increased as a result of rise in international crude oil prices.If social values are more important then wine, pubs, bars must be closedIf health is more important than manufacturing of wine,ciggerets,drugs injurious to health, and other fatal products which are obviously harmful must be stopped and banned from further production. Only anti smoking slogan is not going to serve us.
If education is more important why not they take care of quality of education and why do they stop extortion of money through charging of exorbitant fees and capitation fee and donations.
If they want to stop exploitation of workers in the hands f employers, why not labour office functions honestly and ensure workers are not forced to work late in night?
Income tax authorities are meant to collect the money but they torture traders as if ITOs are God and traders are criminals, whereas on the contrary earning of traders produces indirectly bread-butter for workers in Income tax department.
Pollution Control Authorities issue ‘No Objection Certificate’ sitting in the office even if the they spread poison in the atmosphere if they get their fees, otherwise industrialist will have to close the business in lack of NOC even if there is not scope of pollution from his trade.
They talk of free education, free meal and free books to students who go to school but never take care whether teachers are teaching in classes or simply involved in earning their share out of development fund they receive from the government.
They talk of quota in higher education for socially backward students, but never ponder over the fact that those who are actually backward are unable to complete even school education. Those who cannot afford ever increasing cost of higher education cannot imagine of getting admission in High Profile Institutions. Those who are backward in caste but rich in status can manage all matters even if there is no quota or poor quality of education in educational colleges.
They talk of reservations and reservation for job in Government departments for backward caste, OBC or SC/ST but never make any efforts for creation of job opportunities for them. Rather there is gradual retirement and reduction of manpower in all departments. When there is no vacancy, what for reservation? They talk of reservation in Private sector but never ponder over the ground reality that in want of merit and honesty, all departments, educational institutes and social service centers have become inefficient and laden with corrupt practices. All surveys have revealed the bitter truth that most of the private schools, colleges, hospitals, social service centers are preferred by Aam Admi and on the contrary people ignore all government owned schools, colleges, and hospitals if they can afford. Even families of Government employees and ministers are not excluded from this glaring but truth of the system.
They talk of social justice but there is no justice available in our judicial system. Criminals are not afraid of courts or even police machiney.ON the contrary honest people and innocent people become victim of the evil doers and they never get justice from our courts. Government allocate huge funds for socially backward people but hardly 20% of the same reaches in the hands of poor people and major chunk of the same is eaten away by middlemen, political workers, brokers of ministers and government employees.
Government has established departments to stop corruption and punish the guilty. But in fact the officers of Vigilance Department, CBI, Anti corruption bureau are all working in collusion with government departments. This is why none of the persons involved in big scam or scandal is ever punished. Rather innocents are made scapegoat for all sin committed by anti-social elements and ultimately victimized for none of their fault.
They talk of Law and Order but all types of crimes persist and grow before the eyes of those who are supposed to stop the same. Illegal arms are manufactures, fake notes are printed, fake stamps are printed, life-killing drugs are manufactures, fake colleges are established, fake passports are issued, human-trafficking is carried out by none else than MP’s and Ministers, money is demanded for raising questions in Parliament ,illicit wine is sold in the market, unlawful construction is made on the government land and roads, all questions are leaked out before the actual start of the examinations, most of families / traders /industrialists do not pay actual charges for actual consumption of electricity, and what not…..
Even terrorism is growing day by day. Network of terrorists has taken roots in all corners of the country. Naxal groups are active in many states that target innocent villagers and police personnel and commit crime of murder every now and then. Government talks of red alert all the time but most of the time terrorists succeed in befooling police/army persons. Terrorists always perform their destructive task, take the life of so many citizens, destroy property worth crores of rupees and flee away. Terrorists are hardly caught, if they are caught they are seldom punished and put in custody, and if they are put in custody the yare released under the pressure of some or other political leaders.
Government legislate so many acts, rules and laws through Parliament and State Assemblies but never implement the same honestly and seriously. Better to close the shop of Parliament and Assemblies and leave the fate of innocent general mass on the mercy of God. Anarchy is better than Indian style of Democracy.
